Waves

The waves roared onto the rocks. None question them. None ask why. None command them. For if they do, they are fools. Free and happy, waves they are.

Nobody asks us why you're smaller or bigger than the other. We don't even compare amongst ourselves, not even subconsciously. We are loyal beings. Once we set our place we set to it till we break. We learn what we love. About the fish, the winds. Nothing else matters.

Nobody says they know more or less. Nor that they're better or worse. For all knowledge is given to us by the rest of the world. We pride not over things that happen to us which were not under our control, such trivial things. We are equal all. We love all.

We are never alone. We grow together. Some become big, some small. But none is envious of the other. For we all have a purpose. For we all remember our humble.

We may die peacefully on a tranquil lonely beach or be splotched about by a bunch of holidaying kids. We may thrash violently at rocks or gobble up whole buildings. But we unlike that hideous race of humans, do not laugh at each other for any of these. We are not Communist! No! We understand.
